About this Position:
R&D Business Data/Workforce Manager develops processes,
methods, and tools to enable R&D Executives, Planning ORGs, and
Business Units develop accurate resource plans and achieve the
targets. They are a key stakeholder to define business requirements
for IT resource systems and promote timely system development. This
role monitors related resource KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
and collaborates with management for gap analysis & PDCA.
Responsibilities include:
Fiscal Year Resource Control: Coordinate to plan and report
short-term and long-term Budget for Labor Accounts, partnering with
other division management in budget development, analysis,
forecasting and reporting processes to ensure division financial
needs are accurately met. Support and create presentation for ADC
RBP Resource Reporting to ADC executives.
Resource Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to define
indices. Maintain Dashboard for Indexes. Monitor Indexes that may
affect Budget. Coordinate Index Review Meeting. Support gap
analysis & PDCA for index achievement
Data Analytics: Regression Modeling. Data Cleansing, Data
Governance, Develop and maintain Resource related data storage
format and file naming convention. Version control of each budget
condition and estimation)
System / Tool Design: Design, create, audit, and maintain
summarizing and analysis tools for assigned department, interfacing
with Planning Gr staff to define functional / business
requirements, collaborating with IS to translate requirements and
develop tools, conducting tool testing and recommending
enhancements, improve design and ensure ongoing operations. Design
presentation/reporting templates. Integration of datasheet to
presentation/reporting templates. Design user-centered interaction
models, wireframes or screen mockups. Data Flow Modeling
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
6 years of work experience or equivalent work+academic
experience
Required Education:
Four-year degree in Business Administration or Mathematics
Desired skills:
High proficiency with Pivot table, vlookup functions, macro
programming
Experience with preparing SOP documentation
Familiar with SAP, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma
Additional Position Factors:
Travel: Average of 3 times per year or more depending on project
demands/responsibilities; includes possible overseas/international
travel. Work in office as required by management.
Physical: Primarily works at a desk; frequent keyboarding.
Hazards: Risks found in a typical office setting. May be exposed to
hazards during supplier visits.
Overtime: Overtime expected based on project
demands/responsibilities.
