role, you will be responsible for strategic outcomes agreed upon by
Executive Leadership as requirements for HONDA business
transformation, including:
- Create customer promoters through increased customer knowledge
that enables personalization and 1:1 communications
- Reducing marketing and operational cost through increased
efficiency
- Enabling better decision making for each customer at each stage
of the customer journey Responsibilities include:
- Manage enterprise customer preference management experience and
partner with IT to streamline and scale across Honda brands
- Manage enterprise marketing communication channel (i.e., SFMC)
and partner with business units to maximize communication
stream
- Leverage Honda's customer journey map and lead orchestration
and implementation plan across enterprise. Partner with internal
analytics teams and serve as central point for BUs communication
governance and consultation for Honda organization including Sales
and Service Marketing initiatives
- Support facilitation of right message at right time through
right channel based on customer preference and behavior
information
- Manage and coordinate customer communication plans across the
enterprise, associated with 320+ outbound 1:1 personalized
message
- Ensure personalized communications are optimized within the
allocated annual budget ($3million)
- Ensure customer privacy within design and development of 1:1
messages
- Partner with BUs and offer consultative support to design
coordinated communication plans, support key enterprise initiatives
and create customer promoters
- Lead enterprise 1:1 customer communication orchestration to
improve overall customer touch points
- Define, build, and manage enterprise customer communications
management team. Oversee development and growth of communications
management team including communication journey orchestration with
all Honda Divisional Business Units Who we are seeking: Required
Work Experience:
- 8-10 years as a professional, salaried employee Required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Communications, Digital
Marketing, Strategy, or in a related field Desired skills:
- Ability to lead and manage multiple communication priorities in
a fast-paced environment across a variety of channels (email,
direct mail, phone, social etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with Project Management and/or
Agile experience
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and
supervise associates while and foster an engaging positive
climate
- Customer Centric Design focus with Compliance and Customer
privacy top of mind
- Proven ability to build professional, collaborative working
relationships with colleagues at all levels of the
organization
- Ability to work and coordinate with technical and non-technical
associates
- Ability to compile, organize and synthesize large amounts of
information
- Experience professionally directing outside vendors
- Able to thrive independently in ambiguous environments
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities
- Intrinsically motivated self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with business planning tools such as Jira and

- Competitive Base Salary: $89,100 to $133,600
- Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not
limited to, geographic location, work experience, education,
etc.
