In this role, you have the opportunity to Manage and organize engineering lab operations. You are a part of the Engineering team and critical to efficient and success development, integration and testing To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and experience * Associate's degree in an Engineering discipline, a related field, or equivalent practical experience * 3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment * Proficiency in lab test equipment such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc. * Experience using Atlassian software tools; JIRA and Confluence * Must be extremely detail oriented * Exceptional organizational skills To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * Bachelor's degree * Experience organizing and maintaining lab equipment and test hardware * Experience in shell scripting * Experience in software or hardware testing, or test engineering * Experience in a Hardware Engineering domain (e.g., Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering) Purpose: This position is for a seasoned professional individual contributor in the Engineering family, who works independently with limited supervision. Responsibility Statement: Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies engineering lab configurations used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Develops and configures engineering labs that address engineering requirements, processes, and that fit with the company's system engineering standards. Employees focused on ensuring products (including websites) and hosted networks are designed and developed to be cyber-safe and compliant. Establishes and documents lab parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Revises existing systems and tests functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective lab environments.
