The work environment is customer obsessed, dynamic, and results oriented and the space we operate in attractive with many opportunities.POSITION SUMMARY:As we are looking to accelerate our growth, we are seeking a hands-on product leader to lead the Value Pillar as a Group PM reporting to the Chief Product Officer. The Value pillar exists to deliver innovative solutions to allow our customers to manage their projects effectively and profitably. As the pillar lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of PMs and POs and chart the course to further BQE's leading project management and billing capabilities in a highly competitive market. You'll develop and maintain the team's user obsession and focus work on the highest impact problems. Through collaboration with stakeholders and within the team, you will develop the pillar roadmap, factoring in business objectives and data to properly prioritize efforts against stated goals, and lead your team to meet and exceed users' expectations and goals.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Define the product vision and strategy for your pillar by understanding the competitive landscape and user needs. Set high-level priorities for the team as informed by business strategy and quantifiable justification and translate into product roadmap.Be part of the product org leadership team.Coach and mentor PMs and POs within the team.Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to research and identify unmet customer needs and define requirements.Identify new opportunities that align with and support overarching business priorities and product strategy.Drive cross-functional initiatives & alignment with other pillars.Define primary and secondary research plans, including quantitative research, customer interviews, focus groups, etc.Work internally with key functional groups (engineering, marketing, product, sales, etc.) as well as externally with customers and partners to drive the business.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of SaaS B2B/B2B2C product management experience; +2 years of managing and mentoring at least two product managers.You like to win: You have demonstrated success leading a team in achieving ambitious short, medium, and long-term goals.
