Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant ManagerLocation: -

ExemptHours: 8:30am - 5:30pm -SUMMARYThe Administrative Assistant
Manager is responsible for providing a wide range of office
management and support to the company including human resources and
accounting related tasks. -ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:--- - - - - - - -Support company
operation and management by performing administrative tasks.--- - -
- - - - -Gather information and prepare various documents, reports,
spreadsheets, letters and presentations.--- - - - - - - -Answer and
direct phone calls.; File, sort and distribute incoming mail. ----
- - - - - - -Prepare and edit correspondence, communications,
presentations and other documents.--- - - - - - - -Manage and
maintain office facilities and supplies.--- - - - - - - -Dispatch
outgoing mails (Federal Express, UPS, USPS).--- - - - - - - -Greet
visitors and schedule and track meetings and appointments.--- - - -
- - - -Arrange and coordinate internal meetings and events.--- - -
- - - - -Manage and maintain company property and report irregular
issues to management.--- - - - - - - -Maintain keys to offices and
warehouses, including warehouse tenants, and update key lists.--- -
- - - - - -Act as primary liaison between the company and
employees, providing information, answering questions, and
responding to requests; respond to requests and complaints from
warehouse tenants and arrange maintenance and repairs with vendors
(warehouse fire systems, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, HVAC
systems, security systems).--- - - - - - - -Conduct walk-through
inspections of warehouses with City inspectors, including Fire and
CALOSHA.--- - - - - - - -Review employee timecards, monitor
employee attendance records and report to management.--- - - - - -
- -Supervise personnel relations and troubleshoot disputes between
employees.--- - - - - - - -Support the human resources-related
tasks including hiring/onboarding, separation/termination, employee
handbook update, harassment training, liability and health
insurance renewal, personnel files administration, workers'
compensation claim process, ---- - - - - - - -Assist employees by
responding to benefit related questions and inquiries including
health insurance enrollment, 401(k), vacation and sick leave
records, and workers' compensation claims,--- - - - - - - -Monitor
federal, state, and local laws and regulations; ensure that
security procedures required by OSHA and other government agencies
are followed.--- - - - - - - -Perform accounting support duties
including verifying invoices and employee expense sheets, issuing
checks, conducting new client credit inquiries.QUALIFICATIONS:--- -
- - - - - -Bachelor's degree or a combination of related experience
and education. - - ---- - - - - - - -5+ years in administration,
general affairs, or office management experience.--- - - - - - -
