Job Description:
The Premium Experiences Business Integration Manager owns all
assigned projects from creation and development to execution and
delivery. You will work with the Director, Premium Experiences to
set the strategic direction of Disney Special Activities, VIP
Tours, Club 33 and 21 Royal, finding ways to increase revenue and
provide a superior product.
You will report to Director, Premium Experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Manage business development strategy for Premium Experiences,
developing tactics to improve revenue and increase profit
margins.
- Provide peer review and partnership to Disney Special
Activities, in the execution of tours, and ensuring business
tactics are being implemented.
- Identify both business and operational opportunities for Disney
Special Activities and Club 33, implementing projects to address
them.
- Be a resource to all Premium Experiences leaders for event
strategy and overall operation.
- Guide Resort-wide projects that require development across
multiple Lines of Business and with executive leaders.
- Complete projects as assigned by the Director, Premium
Experiences and provide them within the timelines assigned.
- Establish department standards for technology, documentation,
and communication - ensuring a proper documentation of all business
and operational aspects.
- Be an integrator across the team for both leaders and cast.
Basic Qualifications :
- Maintain a working relationship with the Director, Premium
Experiences.
- Provide regular status updates on assigned projects and other
relevant information.
- Communicate system, process, or collaboration items that need
escalation.
- Minimize the amount of executive decision-making needed by
managing details within assigned range of authority.
- Inspire Cast Members to ensure main plans are on-time,
on-budget, and satisfy the prescribed Guest Experience.
- Proficient at analyzing trends and data to inform decisions
(ex: pricing increases, add-on experiences).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and find unique solutions to
increase revenue and bring the Premium experience to the next
level.
- Benchmark with other premium services both internally and
externally.
- Can understand business concepts to communicate them through
presentations.
- Form working relationship skills with multiple partners across
the Resort.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with finance and profit and loss statements.
- Technical skills with experience navigating different
systems.
- Collaborate with technology partners.
- Experience facilitating large meetings and business
presentations.
- Microsoft Office, Keynote, drawing/design tools, cloud storage
tools and collaboration tools.
- Experience with the Disneyland Resort and overall Walt Disney
Company organizational structure.
- Comfortable taking abstract direction and convert into detailed
work projects.
Required Education :
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education :
- Master's Degree
