Job description JOB SUMMARY: Become the Newest Member of the
Family Civil Clothing Inc. is seeking a proven leader with relevant
experience and skills to join our team of production professionals.
We are seeking a candidate to provide leadership at our production
operations. You will have the opportunity to bring our designs to
life. As the Production Manager, you will use your knowledge of
product development and processes to bring fashion right products
with speed to market. You are the link between design, sales,
buyers, merchandising, technical design, planning, sourcing and the
factories. It is essential that all communication is accurate,
complete, professional and with understanding of urgency.
Therefore, we entrust you to develop quality, on-time and
cost-efficient products that are a reflection of Civil Clothings---
position as an Apparel industry leader. The Production Manager is
responsible for the day to day efficient operation of the
production department and are responsible for but not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -- You will work with Design
and Technical Design to ensure technical packages are comprehensive
and meet the product---s goals for delivery, function, cost, fit
and commercial viability. -- This person will communicate with
sourcing offices and vendors daily (written and verbal) on
pertinent design, development, delivery and/or cost related issues.
-- Your unique and diverse experiences and background enable you to
provide differing perspectives to fuel our global growth.
Additionally, you are inclusive by nature and you value differing
points of view -- Establish and monitor time and action calendars
to hit target delivery dates and negotiate costs to meet target
margin goals; suggesting alternatives when relevant. -- Will
partner with Planning and Production Manager to facilitate and
expedite order urgency. -- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
weekly, including line lists and inventory reports. -- You will
have the opportunity to communicate daily with sales teams and
buyers on submit and sample approvals. -- You will work with Design

ABILITIES: -- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite such as MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or related software --
Intermediate Computer Drawing skills for technical and construction
detail sketches & related art using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe
Photoshop -- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis
on MS Office software & PLM Systems -- Excellent written and oral
communication skills -- Excellent interpersonal and customer
service skills, a people person with positive attitude --
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details --
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines -- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -- Strong
supervisory and leadership skills, poses a fair and equitably
treatment to the direct reports -- Ability to prioritize tasks and
to delegate them when appropriate -- Must demonstrate ownership &
responsibility to run the operation with a sense of urgency --
Ability to manage through a problem, think and make decisions
independently and proactively -- Ability to function well in a
high-paced and at times stressful environment -- Ability to pay
close attention to detail and coordinate various activities
simultaneously -- Ability to communicate and work well with
co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional
manner -- International and domestic travel may be required (up to
20%) including by air, ground and overnight and working after hours
and weekend when necessary -- Ability to maintain confidential
information Education and Experience: -- 3-5 years of Related
Professional Experience -- Bachelor---s degree in Business,
Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent combination of education
and experience. -- 3-5 years of product development experience is
required and/or product management experience with an understanding
record of managing product from concept to completion. Experience
in the Action Sports / Street Wear or Apparel industry desired. --
Must possess strong knowledge of costing, garment construction,
pre-production and production coordination. -- Ability to handle
several tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving
environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
