A company is looking for a Senior Consensus Engineer
specializing in Rust.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, architect, and develop improvements to the existing BFT
consensus algorithm
Maintain the consensus codebase that powers the mainnet
Collaborate across teams to drive initiatives to successful
completion and mentor other engineers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on
blockchain or distributed systems
3+ years of experience with Rust programming
Proven experience in developing and implementing BFT consensus
algorithms
Experience with low-level languages such as C++, Golang, or
Rust
Basic understanding of cryptographic primitives and database
technologies
