Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platformLead a team as a Test Engineer Supervisor. You will manage a small team of entry level test engineers and/or technicians. You will provide work direction under the direction of an engineer manager. You will be responsible for assigning work packages, reviewing performance, and providing feedback to your team and to your manager. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and feedback on tasks
• Hiring test engineers
• Mentor test engineer
• Address escalations of issues
• Scheduling
• Performance evaluation
• Provide general oversight to work packages
• Coach individuals
• Challenge individuals to think different
• Work together with team to identify solutionsYOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Must be a US Citizen due to export control requirements of government contracts this group pursues and manages -WE VALUE
    • Good business judgment and common sense before acting
    • Leading a diverse and global team
    • Experience with test and calibration of instrument
    • Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
