Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for an Onsite Early
Childhood Teacher specializing in Special Education in Wilmington,
DE, serving an elementary school setting. This contract position
spans from mid-February to early June 2026, offering a structured
workweek of 37.5 hours, inclusive of a 30-minute paid lunch break.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored instruction and support to
early childhood students with special education needs. Develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration
with multidisciplinary teams. Monitor student progress and adapt
teaching strategies to meet diverse learning requirements. Foster a
positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social,
emotional, and academic growth. Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Delaware teaching license with an Early Childhood
endorsement. Experience working with early childhood special
education students. Strong knowledge of early childhood development
and differentiated instructional techniques. Ability to work
collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff.
Additional Details: Location: Wilmington, DE Contract dates:
February 17, 2026, through June 11, 2026 Hours: 37.5 hours per
week, including a paid 30-minute lunch Caseload focus: Early
Childhood Candidates are required to submit their Delaware teaching
license with the Early Childhood endorsement along with a resume.
