Description Job duties may include but are not limited to the
following: Layout project according to plans & specifications
Coordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen Mix
and prepare plastering/EIFS materials Carry and transfer of
material Coordinate the staging of the material Measure, cut and
install EIFS substrate Install mesh, leveling coats and finishes
for EIFS Install multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and
interior structures Clean up, protect, move material, tools &
equipment Erect and dismantle scaffolds Calculate unit costs based
on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars
Attend and participate in all required company training programs
Conform to all company policies and procedures On-the-job training
offered This position is safety-sensitive. Requirements Must be at
least 18 years old Ability to perform basic math Able to withstand
prolonged periods standing and working outside Physically able to
perform assigned tasks Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
