Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Editor: Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end editorial process, including content
planning, creation, editing, and distribution
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy and roadmap
aligned with organizational goals and curriculum standards
Lead and manage a team of editors and contractors, providing
mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in World Languages, Teaching, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience as an editor with a strong background in
content and curriculum development
Advanced High or native proficiency in Spanish and English
Proven leadership experience in an editorial capacity
Familiarity with ACTFL World-Readiness Standards and experience in
educational publishing is a plus
