About this Position: In this role, you will be responsible for the production, development, and maintenance of the Honda and Acura Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) website. The position additionally supervises the marketing and advertising for the Honda and Acura CPO programs and is responsible for dealer and field communications for AHM Auto CPO and fleet programs. Key responsibilities include project prioritization, resource planning, and project management. In addition to managing the website, you will assist in coaching and development of student workers. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Honda and Acura Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) website updates, sales event promotions, content/asset updates, shopping tools, consumer interactive enhancements and brand initiatives. Define and development website enhancements for performance optimization and review and approve weekly staging updates.
  • Supervise the development and execution of all digital, TV radio, social media, point of purchase, paid media and direct marketing campaigns created by advertising agency partners in English and Spanish. Oversee on-site at video/photoshoots for CPO digital assets, photography, and TV spots. Review and approve all CPO marketing/advertising materials from concept to legal review for posting.
  • Administer Marketing/Advertising plans to support 18+ yearly sales events to grow CPO vehicle sales, increase dealer participation, and generate consumer awareness within established budget.
  • Write and send all national Field Staff and dealer communications. Coordinate with other departments on campaign activity (i.e., Incentives team posting CPO bulletins for sales events, PR launch for enhanced CPO benefits program, etc.). Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or similar field, Automotive experience a plus
    • Communications, UX (User Experience), Data Marketing and other industry education a plus Required Education:
      • Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) Desired skills:
        • Strong communication and collaboration skills
        • Strong marketing skills, with an understanding of backend website development and analytics (technical experience not required, but understanding of website architecture, content management, analytics, media, SEO/SEM, etc. preferred)
        • Strong project management skills, with experience managing and delivering upon complex, large-scale projects Additional Position Factors:
