The Role:
Herbalife Nutrition is a global nutrition company that has been changing people's lives with great products and an opportunity to earn a part or full-time income since 1980.   • Develop and drive creative solutions for digital storytelling across all digital channels
  • Transform campaign copy into digitally led stories by adhering to Brand tone of voice and style guides
  • Develop a deep understanding of our overall business goals and how to apply them to the everyday work
  • Understand our audience and strategically write to the different audience segmentations
  • Helps set the copy concept based off of larger Brand concepts
  • Writes against Brand direction and Tone of Voice style guides to ensure all writing meet expectations
  • Cultivates relationships in product, brand team, marketing and digital team to gain information
  • Actively gain knowledge of Herbalife's products and marketing plan, trends, the consumer and overall marketplace culture
  • Works cross-functionally with Value streams, Brand and Regional teams to help concept and complete global marketing campaigns
  • Applies outstanding writing skills and demonstrates creativity in crafting original ideals
  • Communicates and presents concepts; builds presentation materials that successfully communicate most important message
  • Be able to brief and collaborate with outside partners to implement campaigns and deliver assets
  • Help conceptualize optimization strategies to build foundation of standard processes
  • In collaboration with team, maintains style consistency, checks for accuracy, spelling and clarity
    • Expertise in writing for digital channels including mobile, email, paid social, etc
    • Expert command of the English language (including spelling, grammar, punctuation)
    • 6+ years of writing experience in a corporate or agency environment required.
    • preferably as a copywriter for a major brand, e-commerce company or digital design agency
    • Creative skills able to translate complex technical and business concepts and articulate into easy-to-understand communication pieces
    • Extensive experience in writing in the digital and ecommerce space
    • Ability to craft and develop digital content and storytelling with our Gen-Z consumer in mind
    • Teammate with a positive, hard-working demeanor, able to inspire and challenge team members
    • Strong knowledge of digital commerce, SEO writing, writing for different and multiple target audiences, and social media platforms
    • Experience writing compelling and creative email, editorial and other online marketing material
    • Ability to present creative work to cross-functional partners and senior leadership teams
    • Ability to multitask, set appropriate priorities and continuously meet deadlines in a demanding, fast paced environment
    • Knowledge of appropriate editorial style and publication guidelines.
      Senior Level
      • 6+ years' experience in digital marketing and copywriting
        • Bachelor of Arts in Writing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
