Rate: $27.00 - $31.75 per hour Schedule: Full-time, 8.5-9 hour
shifts, Monday-Friday • Rotating schedule between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an
experienced Call Center Supervisor to provide leadership,
administrative oversight, and operational support within a
fast-paced call center environment. This role is responsible for
supervising daily operations, supporting departmental initiatives,
and coaching team members to ensure high performance, efficiency,
and service quality. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish,
brings prior call center supervisory experience, and excels at
mentoring and developing staff. Required Qualifications Bilingual
in Spanish and English (required) Minimum 2 years of supervisory
experience in a call center environment Proven experience coaching,
mentoring, and developing employees Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational,
communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage
multiple priorities and work independently in an onsite environment
Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day call center operations,
ensuring coverage, productivity, and adherence to schedules
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and organize departmental
files and documentation Provide administrative support to
department leadership, including drafting correspondence, preparing
reports, and creating presentations Act as a point of contact for
internal and external inquiries, resolving escalated issues or
routing concerns appropriately Coach, mentor, and support call
center staff to improve performance, engagement, and service
delivery Assist with the development and implementation of
departmental projects and process improvements Coordinate logistics
for team meetings, trainings, and other departmental events
Maintain and update departmental policies, procedures, and
operational documentation Track expenses, assist with budget
monitoring, and process invoices as needed Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives
Support onboarding and training of new hires Provide guidance and
oversight to junior support staff or team leads Preferred Skills &
Competencies Experience handling escalations and performance
management Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to
adapt to changing priorities and rotating schedules Why This Role
