Growing, dynamic and high end furniture design and manufacturing company is seeking to hire MULTIPLE Order Entry/Data Entry Processor's to support 2 locations. Please Note Company Is Currently Located In Los Angeles 90016 And Will Be Relocating To Torrance To A Brand New Office In April Furniture, Manufacturing, Garment, Apparel, Lighting, Perfume, Cashmere, Textile, Retail, Distribution and Merchandising industry background is a huge plus Requirements:-Recent Order Entry and Data Entry experience-Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelA Plus But Not Required:-Experience with EDI, NetSuite, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Zendesk, Magento or similar softwareEssential Duties and Responsibilities:-Print and Email Order Acknowledgments as require-Entering Purchase Orders into the system which can include (payment info, color, lots, material, design styles, fabric, vendor, customer name, etc.)-Enter order revisions and updates or cancellations of orders-Work with sales representatives, warehouse supervisors, craftsman artisans, department managers, internal departments-Provide order status to customers (update customer portal with order status)-Assist customers over the phone and via email.-Ensure superior customer satisfaction through phone and email correspondence.-Manage all customer returns and credit processing.-Assist with shipments, credits, reporting, etc.-Work with clients and vendors to manage expectations and avoid problems wherever possible.Apply for this great opportunity as Order Entry/Data Entry Processor's Needed today.
