Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for an Executive Admin. in the Torrance, Ca. area. Mon-Fri 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, pay rate $23-25/hr. Please see the job details below.Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant to three to four Executives will provide administrative services including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, correspondence, filing, mail delivery and external courier services, data entry, document management services, records management, budget monitoring for assigned areas of responsibility - and - office - supply - orders. - - - Book meetings, - document meeting proceedings and arrange special events. - - Provide administrative services to the site/location typically in the area of print production, mail services and conference room setup. - Handle office management projects and other special projects as needed for the multi-building site.Responsibilities:--- - - - - Maintaining complex calendars, scheduling all business and project related meetings to include logistics and coordination; must be capable of responding with urgency on behalf of leadership to scheduling - requests - in - an - effort - to - balance - competing - priorities - of - projects; - functions - and deadlines--- - - - - Coordination of all travel arrangements (domestic and international) per travel policy to include flights, hotel, trains, car service and travel, as applicable--- - - - - All incoming phone calls with the ability to take thorough messages and disseminate information expeditiously; ability to exercise sound judgment in determining calls that should be passed on tostaff or team members for handling; be capable of responding on behalf of leadership, to callers with inquiries about the business--- - - - Generate -timely expense reports and timesheets as applicable--- - - - - Receipt and distribution of email, daily incoming mail and packages using excellent judgment in determining priority and urgency of information--- - - - - Responsible - for - proofing, - editing, - printing - and - distribution - of - correspondence - related - to - the business operations; responsible for drafting meeting notes, transmittals, reports, charts, graphs and presentation materials, as requested by leadershipQualifications:--- - - - - Must be articulate with excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. - Able to interact effectively with all levels of associates; consultants, clients and the public--- - - - - Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with regard to business and associate mattersWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
