Job Description Job Description Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to support our finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring financial accuracy and assisting cross-functional departments with accounting tasks. Responsibilities Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the In-house data Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions Understand and follow company rules and regulations Perform all other duties as assigned and required Qualifications 1 years of experience in accounting is required Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
