Job Description:
A company is looking for a Label Billing & Payments Assistant to
manage financial operations and support artist-related billing
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Create and submit artist advances and contractor invoices
Maintain and reconcile accurate financial records while tracking
all transactions
Coordinate monthly contractor payments and correspond with artists
regarding billing issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping, finance, or operations support
experience
Familiarity with Tipalti or similar AP software, PayPal, and
Wise
Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and deadlines
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in music companies or creative teams is a bonus
