The role requires a hands-on approach, with the Controller being responsible for all aspects of our financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. Responsibilities:1. Coordinate and assist in directing the monthly close, monthly forecast, annual budget and other investment activities of all or part of the organization.2. Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.3. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and results, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other financial regulations.4. Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, payroll, cash, and inventory.5. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.6. Review and analyze financial results, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.7. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.8. Collaborate with external auditors to carry out the annual audit process.9. Manage and oversee the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with short and long-term company objectives.11. Focus on inventory accounting and controls, as well as cost accounting developmentQualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2.
