As a result of sustained and continued growth, our highly recession resilient client has asked our firm to help them identify a highly visible, Corporate Controller. Our client is a privately held global leading provider of Scientific , equipment and supplies serving more than 100+ industries across 65+ countries.

This Corporate Controller must be able to mirror our clients commitment to an employee first environment that shares best practices, move the meter a little every day improving processes and procedures. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for Domestic
and Asia operations managing a team of direct reports to include Accounting Managers, analysts, accountants and administrative support staff. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer, and will be a key player to growing the business through implementation of sustainable, scalable and GAAP complaint processes and controls: audits, financial reporting, expenditures, CAPEX justifications, FP&A, international accounting, banking/treasury, tax strategy, internal audits and M&A support. Compensation for this role will vary based on experience, however will likely be in the low $200K s inclusive of base and bonus
QUALIFICATOINS: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Master s and or CPA/CMA Licenses preferred
10+ years of progressive experience and 4+ years of management experience
Experienced working on complex, cross-functional and time sensitive projects
Functional Understanding of LEAN accounting principles
Should be team oriented, collaborative leader Strong customer services oriented Position based in the South Bay Region of Los Angeles County
