We are a residential Development company with a growing
portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to
manage our books and portfolio.
This position is responsible for various bookkeeping functions
including but not limited to financial statements, forecasting
reports, annual budgets, general ledger and bank reconciliations,
A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow reporting, and financial
?Direct and oversee all accounting for various account functions
and operations including the preparation of current financial
reports as well as forecasts, accounting, budget and financial
planning, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
?Prepare financial projections for various accounts including any
and all personal and business ventures, assets, and
?Prepare management reports emphasizing historical results,
budgets, forecasts, and trends.
?Analyze accounts and vendor invoices for accuracy and with
maintaining ultimate accountability for the quality of work
provided by third party vendors.
?Identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
