the Future!About this Position:The Supervisor - Treasury Control &
Compliance will supervise and provide guidance to staff that
performs compliance functions (audit dealer sales incentives, state
laws related to audits, and SOX) and supports receipt of payments
from customers (daily check deposits and AR payment
reconciliations) to ensure dealers/vendors and AHM support one
another in providing sales and service to existing and new
customers.Responsibilities include: Supervises (internal &
external) auditors to enforce and educate dealer compliance to AHM
Sales Incentives Policy through audits and chargeback recovery
while ensuring AHM compliance with dealer's state law requirements
for audits and chargebacks. This role supports AHM National Auto
Incentives Group and AHM National Sales Division. Duties include
(but not limited to): Oversee audit operations and determine annual
audit plan, selection, and schedule for field and desk audits.Work
with internal audit staff to develop annual audit plans. Track
progress to ensure auditor and department targets are met or
exceeded.Track audit flow and review audits to ensure AHM meets
state law requirements related to completing audits and billing
dealers for chargebacks in a timely manner.Work with vendor
providing external audit services on annual budget, training, and
to coordinating schedules.Provide guidance and further training
related to auditor questions to ensure audit decision are compliant
with AHM Sales Incentives policies and dealer state laws.Build
relationships with dealerships by responding to questions or
concerns regarding audits, chargebacks, and compliance to AHM Sales
Incentives policies on future audits.Work with AHM National Auto
Incentives Group to ensure alignment in implementing sales
incentives policy and discuss any questions or issues related to
audits and possible incentive policy changes.This Group Lead
position also has individual tasks that need to be completed as
follows:Prepare monthly and annual audit reports and other ad hoc
reporting for management review and questions.Review audits,
prepare chargeback notices, and respond to appeals to ensure
consistency in audit decisions and compliance to state law
requirements.Assist with audit flow by preparing audits and
complete limited number of desk/field audits accurately and
professionally in accordance with AHM Sales Incentive policy, state
law requirements, and other policy guidelines.Work with ISD on
troubleshooting, maintain system applications utilized by the team,
along with adding further enhancements to the iAudit
database.Prepare annual business plans and execute delivery.
Supervises staff that completes daily cash deposits and AR payment
reconciliation. Duties include (but not limited to): Assist in
helping staff troubleshoot and resolve issues involving these tasks
along with discrepancies found in the AR payment
reconciliation.Review and approve monthly AR payment
reconciliations.Participate and respond to SOX auditor requests and
internal accounting/audit department inquiries related to AR
payment reconciliation. Who we are seeking: Required Work
